  • Brian has over 30 years of experience in the CPG industry across Marketing, Strategy and Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
  • He has had P&L ownership for a variety of large and small brands across numerous categories and most recently created and led RGM as a function for the Mondelez US business for more than a decade
  • As part of his most recent role, Brian managed a multi-billion dollar trade promotion budget, revamping promotion strategies, guidelines, trade structure and post-event analysis to deliver efficiency, reduce subsidized sales and increase incremental consumption
  • An industry leader in Price-Pack Architecture (PPA), Brian successfully developed and launched platforms across multiple categories/channels that now account for over $1B in annual retail sales
  • He has used a combination of syndicated, custom and panel analyses to formulate pricing strategies that maximized profit while lowering elasticity risk and introduced customer-ready pricing sell-stories to increase and accelerate customer acceptance and compliance
